Detailing your bike

To all:

Does anyone take their bike to a detailing place that de-greases (like in Wisconsin there are PDQ's (Pretty darn quick)) the engine and cleans the entire bike? Does anyone does it their own? If you do, what environment friendly soaps do you use?
