Changing oil filter and something isn't quite right.

Either the bolt unscrewed in the wrong spot or some one has added something or the F is different from the owners manual I down loaded.
There is a block about 1/2-3/4 thick between the filter and the block. It was getting dark so I wasn't able to explore much but it looks factory.
Looks like I'm gonna need a second large o-ring .

Figured it out. It is some sort of aftermarket cooler. There is one on ebay

Mine has the same finned block. I assume that it is a factory attempt to cool the oil a bit.
