Changing cast wheels to spoked - 1983 750fb

Hi Folks,

I am new to the site, and indeed this is my first restoration/cafe project.

I want to swap the standard cast wheels with spoked wheels...does anyone have any advice? Both front and back run disc brakes. I have been told I just need to get hold of some hubs and then I can get them built by a wheel company. Can I just get and old set of wheels from somewhere and refurbish? And what size is best to go for?

Hi, I have just started my project and have a similar problem, did you get your information? I was wondering if the spoked wheels from a 550 would fit? Cheers Pete uk
