Breather hoses-CB750K (79) USA

Hi all looking at replacing the breather hoses on a 1979K that are starting to show some signs of perishing-what are people generally using-Im thinking just some oil catch can tubing unless others have a better suggestion.
(Im told most "heater hose" isnt oil resistant.).

Are people generally retaining the original set up or simply venting with filter (at the oil pump/crankcase)/plugging? .

Thanks...yup as per pic she is, just added a brembo 13mm mastercylinder tho.

Those molded breathers are NLA...wait and see any replies....else im thinking ill use drop can tubing, some brands of heater hose like Gates are OK I believe (u can ask locally if they oil resistant)...but Gates in Oz is expensive...
