Head - sent in professionally rebuilt
I have Cylinders/pistons/rings - new ready to install

The lower cam chain guide had broke and the cam chainA wore through the sides of the channel in the front of the block. I’m looking for advice on what parts to use for cam chains, guides and tensioners.

OEM? emailed Vince and Hyde just now not sure if they’re in business yet or not.

Looks like OEM tensioners and cam chain A are available as well as OEM replacements.

Upper cam chain guide (photo below) does this fail? Should it be replaced? OEM unavailable, I’ve heard it’s worth buying 900cc or 1000cc guide for replacement

Any other advice on parts to inspect or replace while I’m at the crankcase?

Thanks.

Received an email back from Vince and Hyde. Also found another thread with the write up on cb750 cam chain history and Vince and Hyde’s research etc. so on route to get those parts and the oiler.

Still curious about other areas if anyone has leads on other threads or advice.

Specifically inside the crankcase.
Everything else can be reached with motor in frame I’m not as concerned about right now.
