If I still lived in Memphis I would try to help you out. Yes you need more than a cam cap. I've got a motor that looks just like that. LOL!

update- Im getting so tired of trying to fix this motor, put the new to me cam & towers on,motor would only turn half way over. took head off, two bad valves. replaced valves. put the head back on along with cam & towers again.just tried to roll engine over & it still stops part way around.I think im about $250.00 past due on buying another harley.
