Blown fuse from coil bracket

I have a cb750K8 and have come to realize that when my coils are mounted in the proper spot and the key is turned on, the main 15 amp fuse blows. If I unbolt the coils from the frame and leave the coils wired up, the fuse does not blow. I know the coils are supposed to ground through the spark plugs but they are grounding to the frame when mounted. I have not always had this problem and not sure where to go from here beside not mounting the coils...

Well I figured I would just isolate the coil assembly from the frame with some poly washers and grommets. Everything is mounted and the fuse no longer blows...still weird though.
