Kentucky 77 72 honda four

Hello fellas! A good friend of mine’s brother has passed and they are looking to sell his motorcycles and want a fair price. I have agreed to help them with research and selling. My question is what is the best way to evaluate their value, and where are some good places to sell. (Im in northern KY) I ride and own newer v twin Harleys and Hondas and dont know much about these cool older bikes. Any advice you have would be appreciated.
I was told he was recently riding the 1977, and never had the 72 running as it was given to him for parts to keep the 77 running. It doesn’t look like he took much off the 72 yet.
