brake caliper slide bushing

I’m rebuilding the front brake caliper on my 1980 CB750K. When I took it apart, the slide rod bushings were no longer intact, so I’m not sure where they’re supposed to go, or how many I’m supposed to have. I’ve found some rebuild kits that come with 2 bushings, and some that come with none...
