Please tell me this isn't as bad as I think...78 cb750f problem

In the Fall, my chain snapped and on its way out, it slapped the case. We use a product at work(devcon aluminum putty) to repair aluminum castings, and I decided to give it a try. Wont know for sure till the spring if it will hold up. But seeing how it applied and cured, I have high hopes!!

End of season ride ends in chaos

I went out for a ride yesterday as the riding days are numbered. I was getting on the gas fairly hard, when my drive chain broke. With needing a new chain, I thought it was a good time to replace the sprockets. When I removed the cover over the small front sprocket, this is what I found...

How to convert from an air filter to air pods?

I second Digger. I had Pods and different jets on my bike and when I bought it. It ran "ok", so I thought... When I put the stock jets and air box on, it ran a 1000 times better. More power. More MPG's Smother through the revs.

    Muffler question

Ok, so I contacted Mac today to figure out what is going on with two different mufflers with the same part # 001-1013. What I found out was that, 001-1013 is the part number for the muffler with the slight bend upwards (seen in the pic above) The second, lower muffler (seen in pic above) is...

No cutting needed, this is a slip on muffler. In my pic I have added, just behind the foot peg is where I can remove my stock muffler.

Its riding season again here in Michigan and I am still wanting to change out my muffler for a bit more sound. I have decided on a Mac slip on, # 001-1013.
