Yeh thanks , it must be , the bike runs great now after finding a couple gremlins in the electrical system so the readings I got must be normal as the pulse generator was not the problem ....

Pulse generator on a 91 cb750 ... spec per manual is 297 - 383 ohms ... I measure 360 ohms cold and 410 ohms hot ... Normal or should I replace it ... Thanks for any help you can provide

Hello , thanks for the reply , carbs are synced the best I can right at the moment , I just removed the valve cover to check the timing and its spot on , the motor is very clean inside ... Side note , I realize its not a cdi persay but a ICM module , completely different animal

Had the same issue on a 91 , bending the bracket the mounted to one of the carbs where the cables attach solved it ... Not sure why but it worked
