If I'm not mistaken, the crankcase vents (after removing the PODs) should go to a tee piece, the middle of the tee to the top of the airbox.

Have you synced the carbs? Also check that they all spring back to nearly fully closed properly.

Have you checked the battery? Could there be a charging problem that has completely drained the battery?

Check and clean the ground connections ensuring good metal to metal contact. May need to charge the battery as it has likely drained with the testing. 9v under load is too low.
