Hello all!
I'm Adam, from Washington state across the water from Seattle.
Picked up a 71 K model from my uncle a few months back. I'm no mechanic, but I can keep a pretty clean bike!
I'm typically a Sportbike type of guy, but I absolutely can not wait to get on this thing!

Bike is over at a friend of mine's house getting tinkered on.

I never really cared for those style seats on your bike . I had a Goldwing with this style seat and I shaved the foam down to a Super sport type look and it really improved the look and still had the comfort. I took it to a trim shop for covering with vinyl. I think it cost around a hundred if memory serves me. But anyways , your bike looks to well kept, I hope she brings you many enjoyable rides.

The seat isn't my style either.
I want to go more towards cafe'/stock.

Looking for a flat seat. My wife does upholstry, so that should save me a bit.

Dig that classic pin striping on the tank. All the guys that I knew in the 70's had pin striping on their bike someplace.
