Need help with brakes

Hello everyone, I'm relatively new on the forum and I'm writing from Serbia.
Recently (well not so recently, in the autumn ) I came into possession of an CB750 C (R6) and I have been slowly rebuilding it. So far everything went well, however I can't identify the brake pads. I have contacted two parts distributor, but had no luck, they searched the catalogues, and they are offering me pads that doesn't fit (P.S. I don't know the exact year of production, the registration certificate states 1984 but as far as I can tell from the online information the production ended in 1983?)

Look at plate on your steering stem neck for manufacturing year and model, also snap a picture of calipers you are searching pads for!

There is no plate on the steering stem only a number

According to web search CB750C (RC06) production ran from 1981-1983 so your being 1984 doesn't sound right. Now this info apply to US, maybe it is different for Europe, since you are there do some research.

The Honda part number is 45105-KL8-014. Lots of them for sale on Ebay. Vintage CB750 may have them as well. Your bike is probably a Nighthawk with 2 piston calipers.

Well, I don't know about the brakes, but the bike is definitely not a Nighthawk. It looks exactly like this one, up to the details (just mine is currently disassembled ).

The OEM number you gave 45105-KL8-014 is leading me to goldfren 049 (page 188 in their catalogue), but it doesn't look right (comparing my pads from the first post vs the picture from the catalogue). Also, if I look on the ebay, for example this one https://www.ebay.com.au/itm/281354972574 and the given measurements on the second picture, the hole distance is 40mm while mine is 52mm

Looking only by the shape of the pads, how about OEM 45105-MA5-772 (EBC FA90) ?

Sorry I missed your illustration. The ones I mentioned are wrong for your bike. I see 4 Into1 Honda parts might have the right ones.

Just to leave a closure
The brake pads arrived and they fit. The correct replacement pads for this caliper are TRW MCB-537, ECB FA90, Brembo 07HO1609 etc.
