Hi, I'm trying to find a light on/off switch to add it to a new brand switch set, originally it comes without it, but it there must be a model of it that has this switch, see in the attached pictures that it even has (covered with a cap) a slot for it. I´d appreciate any help.

I don't think I have ever seen a light switch on the right handlebar switch. On any bike.

Well, damn. There's one! Is that switch for running lights? I can't inside that is for the headlight.

Most American market bikes after around 1980 do not have a on/off headlight switch.

Most states require motorcycles to have the headlight on when on the road.

I believe that's correct. My '71 SOHC had the on/off switch but neither of my '79 DOHC's did/do. I think that the '71 also had a push-to-cancel turn signal switch also, but I've killed a lot of brain cells since I had that bike.

mine has light switch on the right with high beam switch on the left with turn signal switch, 750 fz 1979

Yeap, another example, the first step activates was called city lights wich are dimmed than the low beam lights, and the second step activates the Hi beam or Low beam lights depending on the position of the left switch
