Hello everyone, first post here! I just picked up an 80 CB750 custom. Bike is in great condition for a "stocker" So of course... i plan to cut it all up 
I was searching through some stuff in my garage and came across this very odd designed seat. Yeah I know it's a bicycle seat, but hear me out. So it has a real cool springer cushioning system. What I am thinking is, widen it about 3+ inches at the top, and maybe about an 1.5" at the bottom. Then lengthening it about 4-5 inches. Of course then I would replace all the springs and add some for the extra width. I plan to then cover it, then put the 3" springs on the back. I hear everyone talking that no solo/bobber seats are comfortable... is this a possible comfortable seat? Anyone ever tried this, or heard of a similar seat?
