1979 cb750L temperature gauge on tach

just bought this and im trying to figure out if the tachometer has been replaced. reason im not sure is i cant find any 79 tachometer with built in temperature gauge

Your right on that, the 79 750 didn't have a temp gauge. I'd guess that's from a GL1000.

X2...............or say a CX-500 V-twin. The inline fours are air cooled and have no temp gauges.
