Looking for air box for 1979 cb750 four Honda carburetors

I was told I need an airbox for my carburetors which might be the reason why I don't have enough power .When I twist the throttle I hear sucking air sounds. I have individual "pod" air filters and I am told they allow too much air into the carburetors. Also I have 1 cylinder ( #3) which is always fouling. Even when I replace the spark plug in #3 the bike has no power. Theres a few on Ebay, Thats where I got one for a 72. Do a compression check on number 3 to eliminate ring or valve problems.
