Honda CB 750f 1979 DOHC wrong timing

Hello there. I have a Honda Cb 750f 1979 DOHC with 14000 miles on it. It's in great shape and always taking cared of.
The timing chain has been making some noise when idleing and a few days ago i was accelerating, then i let go of the throttle and i accelerated again but i instantly felt the engine off timing.
Is it possible that because the timing chain was loose that it jumped off the sprocket and now it is off timing?

Sounds like it skipped timing. Could be either one of the chains but the guides for the small cam to cam chain are know to break.
