So final update on this issue.
I found out that after I replaced the stator and regulator rectifier. I burned those out a second time. After replacing both of those and a new battery. I also ended up needing to swap out my starter. After that. holds a charge. starts every time. No issues.
ON a note, when its wired the bulbs are double fillment and do blink and the other goes out when selected to blink. But also the turn signal indicators on my console light up as well.
So heres a different question because hoenstly when i bought this bike, the front end wiring harness was chopped to hell and wired up hades ass. So the question is for running lights. Are my turn signals supposed to be light up solid as running lights or not on until selected with the turn...
So good news. Managed to do a rebuild on these brakes. Granted im using the old piston. Managed to clean it up enough and threw in a new seal. It held pressure with no leaks. re-assembled it and tested it out and held beautifully

So Quick update so far on this fun little adventure. GOt the battery back and it was tested and fully charge threw it in the bike and its holding steady. Looks like I my indeed though need to replace my entire wiring harness. Also now my running lights aren't working.
