newbie here, need some basic info

Then they simply won't match if you swap engines.. not a requirement that they do, most states simply require a serial number of some sort on the frame itself..

newbie here, need some basic info

Check your state laws you may not need to find another with a title.. i have the same problem with mine but i've got two options..i dunno which i'm going with... one is to get the serial number of the engine i'm using actually etched onto an Amen Savior plate (which are avail on line) and the...

    Carb Install - Daryl Dixon

Yeah I ended up burying the battery in the swingarm and all the electronics in a little box behind the plate holder in between the shock mounts to hide it and to leave that whole area free for the bag...

    Carb Install - Daryl Dixon

Oh yeah it's a trip to run 80+ on a bike that feels like a mini bike.. only issues I'm really having with it is I've only got the pull of the push pull throttle system installed and it sticks or is slow to come off of throttle... may put the other one on eventually but for now I just deal with...

    Front end swap

Take a look at classified Moto, they use R6 mostly, it really depends on what you want for a look.. I built the walking dead bike clone but had to buy the upper triple and had those guys press in my stock (91 nighthawk) stem into the R6 lowers.. was going to stick a cbr600 front end on my 77...

    Let's see your CB750

New project getting closer to coming together.. 77 K7, CBR600 front end, CB500X rear end which I'm either going to shorten a bit or just go in a different direction.. I'm not crazy about the length of the arm after doing a render (although not to scale).. but getting closer!

    Unique footcontrol placement?

Havent played with mine yet but I'm going to put them where I want them on the frame.. use existing mounting points where I can to ensure the linkage is fine etc and build it as necessary..

    Can it be salvaged?

Out of curiosity what year motor are you needing? I've got a couple and always run across them just south of the border from you..

Cafe build seat issues by newbie for 91 Nighthawk

I made a template out of cardboard and traced it onto a sheet of aluminum and bent it in a brake.. Very useful to have the frame close as you don't want to over do the bend.. nice and easy till it matches the frame well... Would definitely advise getting the tank figured out and the loop...
