Hey yall. So I just rebuilt the top end of my 77 k engine. I was manually turning the crank to adjust the lifters, when after one rotation it stopped. I can't rotate it back or forth, and I made sure it's in neutral. If anyone has an idea why or how to fix it, I'd really appreciate.
