Where dose the carbs get vacuum from? I got this bike that's been sitting outside in the weather since 2002. I cleaned the carbs and getting ready to put it back together and wondering if there is a vacuum hose or something that is attached to the carbs.

If I had this bike I would leave it in stock condition and pick op another bike to butcher. My thoughts. I hate to see a clssic in that condition destroid. Like I said, that's just me.
The thottle cable is working ok, and no I haven't checked the carb boots for leaks. They could be dried out from sitting so long outside at the mercy of mother nature.

Iused aheat gun to soften the boots, put lube on the boots then used a rachet strap around the carbs to around the front of the engine on my '79 cb750k.
