    V5 application with no VIN

    Hi All, I recently purchased a 1982 CB750, I have the registration plate but the frame has been painted and sanded so many times I can't find the vin number on the headstock. What are the options for this? Can I get a V5 and MOT without the frame vin? Cheers, Steve
