I've been struggling on a 76 CB750F SS reboot for a while. I have several posts in electrical. Still can't get taillights to work. What a fun bike to ride though, and comfortable too
Not sure of the year but pics show it early 70s. Very nice seat pan with bad but usable cover. $75
Nice rear fender and taillight. Decent chrome, a few light rust spots. Light has factory wiring and works great. $75
Plus shipping from Portland Or
My new to me 1976 cb750 has a round shaft instead of a flat one for the speedo cable. What do I have? It's been mentioned that my fork ears are wrong too. I know nothing about this bike and sadly the PO is no longer with us. Has Comstar wheels
I'm Ray Wilson who has "taillight woes" posted about the same time you did. I still have no taillight. The brown and the brown w white still have no current. I have power at the fuse via a jumper from the 4 wire black connector to the brown w blue wire that goes to the fuse block. Absolutely...
I sent them a pic of the bike w the tank off and they replied that they don't work on disassembled bikes. I said I'd put the tank back on and start it for them but it was easier to access the wires with the tank off and they said they don't work on disassembled bikes.

Okay, all the fuses work. I put a meter inside the 5 wire connector to the ignition while it was plugged in and used the battery ground . I might add that I have 2 ignitions and I tried both. There's 12 volts to the black and red, when I turn the switch on there's 2V to the 2 browns or the...
