Let the plugs dry. If that doesn't fix it dry the plugs again, and use a little starting fluid to help the initial starting. Hopefully that will give it that extra kick it needs to roar into action.
I know that most of the old school chopper builds only sit 6" from the ground in the rear, so I don't think an extra inch in the rear and 2 in the front will hurt, but you will need to check your exhaust clearance in hard leaning. You may need a friend to help you measure clearance while you...
