    Will this work

not mine . something similar to what you are thinking about maybe. easier though you could always build a kong section too and put a longer swingarm from a cb650 or exctend yours a couple inches.

Speedo and Tach on 74 cb750

the speedo would probably work, not sure about the tach. you probably would have to make new mounting brackets to. you can also get miniature speedos for chops that have a clamp that mounts to the bars for around 40 new.

Turn signals on rear shock mount.

i imagine that you would need to fabricate some sort of bracket that attaches to the shock bolt to mount the signals. that or weld a couple tabs onto the new hoop.

    Progressive springs installation: Please advise

purely theoretical here,, if the tight side of the spring is down and that is the end to be impacted first on a bump, wouldn't that be where the less dive comes into play?

    1978 CB750 K for cafe rebuild. Thoughts?

my two cents is that it is hard to say what is needed not having it here to look it over but for sure there is gonna be carb work though. look over all the standard stuff, oil,,check for leaks, tires, loose spokes, see if the chain will pull away from the sprocket. put it on the center...

Fork Oil Wight for my 1980 CB750F

there is a old trick about putting a washer or two on top of the springs to make them feel firmer. no substitute for new springs but handy when the bucks are down.

Looking for a wiring harness, need help!

no harm in trying the stock one,,get some diaelectric grease for the connectors and clean them the best you can. wire corrosion can be a pain in the ass tracking individual wires that change colors from connector to connector. replacing a wire here n there,i would do it outside the main harness...

Fork Oil Wight for my 1980 CB750F

given the choice i would run 15W but if atf is what i had around it would be o.k to. some softer but not that much, if ya dont like it it's easy to change later. either one the fluid fresh and at correct capacity is a maintenance thing and improvement.

Are 11 3/8" Rear Shocks too short?

as long as it clears the tire under load it's all good. you will have probably to change the kickstand angle.

    Exhaust Dragging in Corners

i dunno where your shocks are set but on changing the pre load for the springs. if you dont have a tool,it can be done with channelocks. you dont have to but it doesnt hurt to get the rear wheel up off the ground some and loosen the bottom to compress it and take the load off the shock you are...
