Should have mentioned it's a 93. The petcock uses the #2 carb vacuum spout to feed the fuel. I guess I'll just hook a shop vac to it for adjustment.

If the petcock needs vacuum to work how do I run the bike while syncing the carbs if I'm using the petcock vacuum line for carb 2?
