They came from a local shop here in Indianapolis. Cycle Recycle. I don't remember what brand they were though.

Gauges came from Dime City Cycles: 2.5" Mini Tach and Speedometer (black face & leds) They came with the bracket which worked out nicely...
I do still have them and was actually getting ready to take them to a local bike shop to trade/sell. I will look into the shipping costs this afternoon and get back to you tonight. Thanks.
