What will cause the front end to death wobble on deceleration? 81'k. When clutch is in or in neutral its not there. New tires and new d.i.d. chain were installed with a straight edge from sprocket to sprocket. I'm baffled.

1981 750K...so i put on new tires and when i put axel in front wheel the speedo drive new gets TIGHT when i snug the axle nut up. i mean tight! isnt the housing supposed to spin freely when the nut is tightened?
