    Looks like you can still get them off of ebay. Not cheap though. Shouldn't have to do any engine readjustments. Maybe not carbs but you'll just have to see what happens after you install the can.     Check the brushes on the stator. I had a similar problem and once I looked I could see one of them had broke in half and the other was worn down. It's a $10 fix.
