Do you have a good head, cams, etc.?

Looking for a complete head for a 1980 CB750f with low miles. Also looking for a good source to buy cam chain tensioners and guides.

Looking for some help, I need to remove the spark advancer on my 1980 CB750F and was wondering if it is a left hand thread or is it just being really stubborn, I've wrenched on it pretty hard and it's not budging.

Just wondering anybody's opinion on new parts vs nos, I know nos is new, well not really new but old and never used. Ok I'm looking to replace some internal engine parts like cam chain tensioners and was wondering which is better, new or nos? Just wondering if time has any effect on these...

Check out www.cmsnl.com I think they may have them. They were the only place in the world that I could find carb parts for my cm 400.

Thanks again amc, I dropped it off at a cycle shop I do business with today, the owner said he's done this before. They work on a lot of vintage Japanese bikes.

Well, I bought a set of left handed drill bits and drilled out one of the bolts all the way through, torqued as much as I dare on it with an easy out and even put heat to the head around the bolt and it won't budge. Well, I am just getting around to tearing down my 1980 cb750f and when removing the cam cap bolts three of them broke off. Any suggestions?:bike:mad
