Year of manufacture K2

According to this timeline (http://www.hondachopper.com/engine/engine_timeline/timeline.html), the K2 model was produced from 1972 to 1976. Can anyone confirm the accuracy of this information? My bike is a K2 according to the VIN, but the documents say it was first put into service in 1974.

My bike is a 1972 according to the frame and engine numbers, paint color and scheme, and appointments. However, it's titled as a 73 as it was a late 72 build which was originally sold by dealer in 1973.

I suspect that information is erroneous.
Or maybe not depending on where you live.
AFAIK , the all important US market got every model of CB750 ever manufactured.
But over here in the UK, we jumped from the K2 straight to the K6, Honda dealers in the UK were kept supplied from a stockpile of K2's at a warehouse in Chiswick.
So in UK terms, the K2 ran from '72 to '75
No K3, K4, K5, or K8 bikes were ever officially sold here.
Same for the 750F series.
We missed out on the F0 and F3

My motorcycle was made for the German market. The German papers do not state the year of manufacture, but only the year of commissioning. 1974. But according to the VIN and other signs, it is a K2. Now I have registered it in Slovakia and the office has written me the year of manufacture 1974.
