I've got the chance to aquire an original type CB750 (1969) type seat for my K1 project.
Looking at the photos, it's looking like it's got the same steel pan, but a more pronounced "duck tail" at the rear of the seat than the K1.
Well I can live with that (in fact I prefer the style of the earlier type), but I'm just wondering if the hinges etc will all line up.
The parts catalogue seems to suggest that the later K1 seat was actually fitted to some of the early bikes
