Will a 1980 CB 750 exhaust fill on a 1972 CB 750

Hello all I really want a 4 into 2 exhaust and I found a Kerker exhaust but the description says it's for a 1980

I dont think it would without modding , if at all . Twin cam motors are a bit different and have different frames , so mounting points wont be the same . I had a Walker 4 into 2 on my 77 . You could also get a Hanco which I thought looked and sounded better . I do like the sound of a 4 into 2
