I got another job lot of 750 Four bits yesterday, and this front wheel was included.
Definitely 70's Honda but the hub is different from all the Honda Fours that I've owned over the years.
Can anyone tell me what this was originally part of please ?View attachment 20539

That looks very much like my F1 front wheel, can't be sure as your attachment doesn't open any more?

Thanks for the reply.
I think that I have managed to work out the answer for myself, simply by looking at ebay listings.
I think that hub is unique to the CB750K7 and K8.

Does yours have the ribbed hub? that seems to be the F1 type and I have the K type which fits fine so I think I'll leave it as is as it's built up with stainless spokes and a new stainless rim, it's obviously dimensionally the same, when my mate aquired the bike it had twin discs fitted but only one caliper obviously a stalled project back then!

Yeah, my F1, incomplete as it was, has the ribbed hub, which I think was standard CB500/550/750 issue for quite a few years.
I've absolutely no idea why Honda made the change to the (IMHO) uglier looking K7 type hub, maybe it was a safety issue.
I bought that (quite rusty) K7 type wheel because it was a cheap way to aquire a whole wheel/disc/axle/speedo drive.
I were a little disappointed to see that hub when it arrived, as usual, the ebay photos didn't show it clearly.
Never mind, it will do to build up my next project with.
