Great thanks for the info.My honda that i have started to restore has an engine no of CB750E-1018723 and is supposed to be a 1970,but im thinking its closer to 69.
Your number is a very very late 69 engine but the 69-70 production was the same time line so they are considered the same production run.

Ok thanks dirtdigger.Im thinking this a fairly rare 750 because of the year.Do you know if the fork tubes off a 77 would be the same as a 70.I have available to me front tubes from a 77.thanks rob
They made a ton of 69-70 bikes not really that rare. The the fork tubes or the fork legs? Tubes would not interchange to the earlier legs but the complete fork legs will fit the triple clamps. The 77f would be different as it had dual front brakes while the k model should be close to fitting,
