Well, that's good and screwed up. The hole is supposed to have a setbolt and jam nut with it to lock your intake to exhaust cam chain tensioner, but the threads are clearly stripped out and they do it easy as spit. If you do not have part of a bolt broken off deeper in the hole your cam chain is rattling around loose to tear up. The actual hexbolt shown sticking out the front is incorrect also, there is supposed to be a rubber plug pressed into that hole. That bolt if long enough to push the tensioner in hard will tear the engine up in minutes, don't mess with it except to remove it, and if you do the rubber plug will likely leak now as threads have been cut in the hole by the bolt.
