Water in oil tank

So just completed an oil change, new filter new oil. Test drove it a bit. Replaced the head gasket. But when I checked the oil, it’s milky like water is in it. Does anyone have any idea what could be wrong?
It’s a 1980 CB750C

These are air cooled engines so there is no coolant that could possibly contaminate the oil. What did the old oil look like? Can you post a picture of a sample of the "milky" oil next to a sample of fresh oil? What sort of lighting were you examining the "milky" oil under? If there's water in the oil then the water was already in the engine at the time of the oil change, unless you were "submarining" while fording a river...

If you haven't run the bike for a long time, then just drained the oil, then it could be condensation in the engine which, when you put in new oil, mixed with the oil when you did the test run to give you the 'milky' look. CHANGE THE OIL AGAIN!!! Water in the oil is no good for bearings and especially the cam bearings.
