ok so maybe i am a dummy!!
i took the carbs off to rebuild them as i have done everything else.New brakes ; wiring; rectifier;-well you get the idea but guess what??
I did not pay any attention to the ROUTING of the throttle cable when i took them off the bike in order to access the wiring harness!
now i can't seem to get them back on so the slides will SNAP back to closed like before.
any one have a discription or better yet PICTURES of the proper routing.. these are factory cables and they worked well before.
