Thinking of buying 1980 CB 750 FWant to know if 35,000 miles is a lot?How much should I pay for it? Any idea what to check for before I buy?

Motorcycle is 40 years old 35,000 miles is ok if regular oil changes done and owner was not a WOT monkey on a cold engine. Does it run currently?? or has it been sitting for 10 years??
