Picked up an 81 750c a few weeks ago. I’ve just started tearing into the carbs, and have ran into my first issue. The carb choke barrel assembly is stuck. I was able to remove the choke plates without any issue on all 4, and the shaft came out of 3 & 4 with relative ease. However It seems to be stuck on carb 4. I’ve left pb blast on it for hours on end multiple times, and still no luck. Unsure on the durability of the carbs due to aging, so i haven’t been too keen on brute forcing the shafts out. Any ideas?

Try using ATF and acetone mix. Mix it 50/50. That works for loosening up lots of stuff. Just let it soak in it for a while.
