It has done this for a while, but figured I should ask. Might be obvious to someone.

Bike starts and runs fine. Idles fine.
Put into gear and ride, great.
When I am rolling, and shift into neutral and just coast, it doesn't want to hold idle and will die. But, if I keep the revs up until I come to a stop, it will idle normally.
Stock airbox and all.

I'm going to go out on a limb here and say maybe your ACV(s) are messed up. As far as I can tell, the only difference between idle at a stop and idle when coasting is maybe a difference in manifold pressure. The ACV will open with a heavy vacuum (decel) and allow more fuel to prevent popping. I'm only guessing, maybe the ACV is giving the bike too much fuel.
I would check the plugs first to see what they look like. If you're seeing rich plugs, check the ACV(s). If not, I need to keep thinking. Lol.
