So I had these go on me on my 82 cb750f. I found the pair for a decent price online look to be in good condition but they came off an 1100 holding. They are the same part number and look identical. Does anyone know if these are used universally across the early 80s Honda motorcycles

As long as the part numbers are the same between yours and those, it doesn't matter where they came from.
Now, how accurate the seller is describing them with the part number, or whether or not they were working when they came off a bike, it's another thing.
