Deep cleaning a set of very dirty PD41A carbs for a '77 CB750 K7 project and found parts not shown in the factory parts fiche anywhere. Throttle shaft opening in the carb body has a sleeve / bushing that fell out after an ultrasonic bath. Carb was so dirty I didn't notice the sleeve or the woven fiber dirt seal that sits between the sleeve and a lip in the shaft opening on the carb body. The gap in the throttle shaft opening photo is where the seal goes. The space for the seal is made by the removable sleeve and a lip in the shaft opening. These parts are from the #1 carb although the seal in my hand is actually from the #4 carb. The #1 carb seal was ruined by the ultrasonic cleaning. Finding the sleeve and soggy fiber blob in the parts basket was my first indication there was something I missed when I took the carb apart.

The other part not shown in any diagrams is the small white semi-circular plastic bushing thingy that clips into a groove in the choke shaft.

Looking for sources to buy replacements for the fiber seal and plastic bushing if anybody who has replaced these before remembers where they got them. I'm thinking someplace probably sells this type of woven seal in a close enough if not exact size The white plastic things will probably have to come from junk donor carbs since those look to be pretty unique items. Didn't see them in any of the vintage 750 parts or Keihin parts sites.

No. My guess is if I ever need them I'll have to scavenge them from eBay or swap meet carbs. Somebody with some mad 3D printing or CMC skills could probably make them but I don't think there would be much of a market for a return on their time & efforts.
