Rich & Lean plugs

Need some help with my 82 900F. plugs 1&4 are super rich and 2&3 are super lean. I have K&N airpods and have done the mod to the slide holes with the Dynajet kit. it does have a 4 into 1 Sport Pro exhaust. I recently did a valve shim kit almost all the exhaust shims were over .006. It revs fine, but under load it's like there is no timing advance. I did check the advance and is working smooth.

If all of your jets are the same, and all your pods are installed on the carbs the same, it looks like you have a spark issue.
Once fixed, though, you need to know whether your carbs are jetted correctly.
