Rich condition in #2 carb-advice needed

I have finally put my 1980 dohc cb750k together and have it running. I have a rich condition in #2 and don’t know what to check for. I’m running pods with a Delkevic exhaust. I have replaced all jets w factory sizes. Any recommendations would be appreciated. I’m trying to get it to Barber in 2 weeks.

Interesting. Does it smell like fuel? That could be oil instead of fuel.
