Looks like it is in good shape, should not be a really big deal. I would take off all the plastic and then look for mouse chewings on the wiring. Take the plugs out and put some Marvel Mystery Oil in each cylinder and leave it for a week. Then pull the side cover and SLOWLY rotate the engine on the crank nut. (Otherwise the oil will be all over your bike.) Some rags over the spark plug holes would be a good idea. If it rotates completely then you have only minor things to look after. I would suspect the carbs are completely gunked up and will need a good clean. If you do not feel able to do the job completely then I would recommend Mike at "The Carb Project" in Prescott Arizona. I have used him in the past and he is the carb expert (in my opinion and others). They will come back clean, balanced and ready to run.
Get new tires those are death waiting to get you. It looks quite original as it is. The Windjammer is not original, it would have been a dealer installed item or someone else put it on. They did not come from the factory with fairings.
Thanks
