Since I am having now probable Rectifier/regulator problems, If I do not get an Honda stock Rectifier/Regulator, Are Rick's Regulator/Rectifier Combos for Honda DOHC CB750 reliable? Or is it Museum time for my bike now?

I have wired in the stock dohc regulator up to my custom build and it has worked great.

Well, I decided to buy one, but I am also making a new cable to locate it between the lower fork triangle and the frame, in front of the cylinder headcover, since a guy who had two CB 750Fs a few years ago suggested me to do it to avoid overheating when in the standard location, near the battery... after that he did not have to change the R/Rs anymore...
