You can't do it with the engine in the frame? Would save you some money for sure.
Would probably be helpful if you shared where the bike is, too.

Not in stock trim. The smaller frame tubes under the fuel tank have to be cut to remove the head in the frame. There are frame kits available, but without cutting the frame you would have to remove the engine. I can start with a running bike and have the engine out and on the stand in about two hours.
